This Privacy Policy describes how Nozaro Inc. ("we", "us", "Nozaro", or "Elevayte") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through the Elevayte website located at elevayte.com (the "Site") and the services offered through it.
Information you provide directly: when you submit an inquiry, contact form, or correspondence, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — typically name, email address, company or project name, role, message content, and any associated context relevant to a domain acquisition or advisory matter.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard log data, including IP address, browser type and version, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, and general geographic region derived from IP. We use Google Analytics for aggregate site traffic and behavior analysis; IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
Cookies and similar technologies: the Site uses cookies for essential functionality and, where analytics are enabled, for measurement. You can disable cookies via your browser settings; some site features may be affected.
We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, operate and improve the Site, complete domain-acquisition transactions, communicate with you about matters you initiate, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your inquiry content with third parties except: (a) regulated escrow and payment providers necessary to execute a transaction you authorize; (b) service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; (c) as required by law or legal process; or (d) with your explicit consent.
Elevayte uses third-party service providers to operate the Site and its services. These include: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot protection via Turnstile), Google Analytics (anonymized traffic analysis), and regulated escrow and registrar services (only when a transaction is initiated). Each provider is selected for its security and privacy posture.
Inquiry correspondence is retained for the duration of the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for business-record purposes. Transactional records are retained as required by applicable Canadian commercial and tax law. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to our legal retention obligations.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Elevayte is operated from Canada. If you access the Site from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada and in countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@elevayte.com.
The Site is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be indicated with a prominent notice on the Site.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. For any questions about this policy or our privacy practices, contact: privacy@elevayte.com or Nozaro Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
